I created Health, Happiness & Hormones because I could see something was missing.
Capable, intelligent women were navigating hormonal change on their own, often piecing together conflicting advice, without a clear, cohesive framework they could trust.
I wanted to create something different.
A space that feels calm.
Intelligent. Grounded.
Where science meets soul.
Where substance meets style.
A place where well-considered choices replace confusion, and women can move forward with clarity.
I trained as a naturopath, completed postgraduate studies in business, and spent many years in leadership roles, working alongside other women. This shaped how I see women’s health – biologically and practically – and gave me a deeper level of empathy and understanding of what women are dealing with day to day.
The cognitive changes, shifts in energy and the physical and emotional layers I experienced during perimenopause and menopause deepened my commitment to create something better – something simple, considered and quietly transformative.
Alongside my professional training, I have experienced menopause firsthand, giving me a nuanced understanding of both its challenges and the strength and clarity it can bring.
What I’ve created reflects real life, not theory.
This is the perspective I bring to the women I work with.
My work blends:
Understanding what’s happening.
Knowing what to do next.
Applying small, intentional recalibrations.
A clear framework.
Practical tools.
A way forward that feels calm and manageable.
From there, consistent shifts begin to elevate everything, energy, clarity, confidence and self-trust.
Philosophy
I don’t believe this stage is about reinvention.
It’s about refinement.
When women understand their biology and have intelligent strategies that fit real life, they move forward feeling informed, capable and deeply connected to themselves.
You don’t have to figure this out on your own.
