Yes. This program supports energy, body composition, mental clarity and emotional steadiness beyond menopause.
You’ll also gain a clear understanding of Hormone Therapy across different stages, so you can know your options and advocate for yourself with your practitioner.
You’ll have immediate access to the first two modules so you can get started and build momentum straight away. From there, new content is released weekly, allowing you to integrate the work and create lasting change. You’ll be notified by email each time your next module is unlocked, so you don’t need to keep track.
Most women spend 1–2 hours per week. Content is on-demand, and you can move through it in a way that fits your schedule.

No. The Conversations are available if you want them, and recordings are provided. You can engage in a way that suits your schedule.
Yes. You’ll have access to a private community, along with The Conversations — live Zoom sessions held every two weeks, where your new tools are applied in real life, and experiences are shared in real time.
You don’t need to. The program is designed to fit into real life. You can move at your own pace, and everything remains available for you to return to as needed.

Practical, effective techniques including short meditations, grounding, breathwork and awareness practices that support your nervous system, focus and emotional regulation.
Yes. This work sits alongside medical care. As your physiology shifts, your requirements may change, so ongoing oversight from your healthcare provider is important.
This program is not designed specifically for fertility. Participation should be guided by your healthcare provider to ensure alignment with your goals.
This program is not designed for the complexities of disordered eating. A practitioner with expertise in this area is the appropriate pathway.
No. This is an educational wellbeing program designed to work alongside, not replace, medical care.
Women commonly experience improved energy, clearer thinking, better sleep, shifts in body composition and a stronger sense of self-trust. You’ll also leave with a framework you can continue using long-term. These are forever skills.
The refund period is 21 days from the date of enrolment, subject to conditions below.
To be eligible, the program must have been commenced and the first two modules completed. This ensures you have a clear understanding of how the program works for you.
Refunds are not available if the program has not been started, if the first two modules have not been completed, or after 21-days have elapsed.
Refund requests that meet these requirements will be reviewed.
